Dues must be hand-delivered or postmarked on or before October 31st!		 $350.00
Dues paid between November 1 and December 31, 2009
Dues must be hand-delivered or postmarked on or before December 31st! 		$450.00
Dues paid January 1, 2010 or later, NO DISCOUNT ALLOWED $550.00

PLEASE NOTE: Dues not paid by March 31st shall result in suspension from membership and have no accidental death & dismemberment insurance coverage and no voting rights until dues paid in full!

Your 2009-2010 dues support the association's many activities including your continuing education in June 2010.
